Automated Dialer Setup allows you to set up the Phone Call Reminder System which notifies customers of their upcoming appointments from the scheduler within eCR. These call reminders can be sent as a text, email, or phone call. An appointment must be on the scheduler in order for call reminders to occur. There is a setup process with West that must be completed in order to utilize this function. There is an additional cost between you and West for this process.
