In Patient Details > 1st Additional Demographic Info tab > Patient Preferred Method of Communication drop-down menu, choose the appropriate method of communication.
In Patient Details > Name/Address tab, one phone number needs to be entered and set as Primary and check the box if it is OK to leave message.
If a patient wishes not to be contacted for reminders or it is not ok to leave a message, then do not check the Primary box or OK to leave message box.
