PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Assistant, Billing Manager, Clinical Director, Front Office, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, or Therapy Student assigned in order to manage some of the features in Charges & Documentation.

We understand that managing all of your cases is a critical function of any practice. We have created this system to not only be easy to use, but also allow any therapist to be able to sit down and with very little instruction be able to complete an evaluation or a daily note. We have designed the actual documentation to be as customizable as possible. This series of introductory articles will cover the essential aspects of the Charges & Documentation.

Charges Panel

The charge panel is divided into two halves. The left half contains a list of codes that are currently associated with the current visit, while the right half contains details about the selected code.

Right-clicking on the charge panel reveals the following menu:

Charges Panel Menu

Add/Edit Charges

Opens the Add/Edit charge dialog and allows you to set the charges for this visit. See Adding Charges section below.

Close

Closes the dialog.
