The Menus: Main Menu

Speed Schedule

Allows you to quickly add a new appointment. Clinic Controller uses the point where you right-clicked to determine the date, time and therapist for whom the appointment is. The only thing you have to select is the patient.

New Appointment

This option brings up the New Appointment dialog.

Overrides

This option brings up a sub-menu that allows you to add, edit, delete and copy an Override

Annotations

This option brings up a sub-menu that allows you to add, edit, delete and copy Annotations.

Patients Name

If an appointment was under the mouse cursor during the right-click then the patient's name will be listed here. In this example, the patient ‘John Brothers' was the patient that was right-clicked. Selecting the patient name in the menu will produce a sub-menu of items that are directly related to this patient and appointment.

Patients Visit Summary

This option brings up the select patient dialog and then displays a report showing that patient’s visit summary.

Enter Patient Payment

This option brings up the select patient dialog and then displays the Enter Patient Payment dialog.

View By...

Toggles the display between Therapist/Resource View and Day View.

Layout

This option brings up a submenu that allows you to create a new layout with the Wizard, Add a Layout normally, set the current layout to the default, or delete the current layout.

Magnification...

Brings up the Magnification control. This will be explained more in the working with the schedule section.

Additional Info

Displays the floating additional information window.

Reassign Therapist’s Visits

Brings up the reassignment dialog. More information on this in the working with the schedule section.

Print

Brings up a sub-menu that displays various print options.

Refresh

Reloads the schedule and updates the display.

Close

Closes the menu.
