PERMISSIONS: Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Billing Assistant, Front Office, Front Office Assistant, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, Therapy Student, or Therapy Technician Permissions assigned in order to manage Schedule.
Schedule Right-Click Menus
The schedule utilizes a context-sensitive right-click menu, meaning that the menu that pops up will vary based on where the menu is clicked. For example, if you right-click on a patient, that patient’s name will be in the menu and have menu choices that are for that patient and appointment.
Another example would be right-clicking on an empty schedule slot and selecting New Appointment. The appointment dialog that pops up will know that you clicked on a certain therapist at a certain time and will fill this information in for you.
