Permissions Required: Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Clinical Director, Front Office, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, or Therapy Student Permissions assigned in order to manage Case Info.
Other Case Info: Visit Summary Tab
Selecting the Visit Summary tab displays the visit list for a selected patient. The report shows all the past and future visits for the selected case, as well as the status of that visit, i.e. Showed, No Show, No Show (Invoiced), and Canceled (includes cancellation reason).
Right-clicking with this tab selected will offer a single option of View Visit History. Selecting a visit and choosing this option results in a report showing the various stages the visit has gone through. This is helpful when trying to determine what happened to a deleted visit and when.
