Permissions Required: Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Clinical Director, PTA, Staff Therapist, Therapy Student, or Therapy Technician assigned in order to manage some of the features of the Flow Sheet.

 

Multiple Flow Sheets

The Flow Sheet module supports having multiple flow sheets per patient. However; only one flow sheet may be active at any given time, and a visit may only appear on one flow sheet.

To enable another flow sheet you must first deactivate the current one. This is done from the right-click menu on the flow sheet and selecting Deactivate Flow Sheet. You will then be able to create a new flow sheet for the patient.

NOTE: Once a flow sheet has been deactivated it cannot be reactivated. You may wish to discuss this feature with the Fusion Enterprise support team if you feel this is a feature that you want to use.
