This means that at least one function on your Flow Sheet is not linked to a diagnosis. You should see hash-marks on the function of the flow sheet.
To fix (if you have a diagnosis entered for the patient), right-click Set Exercise Diags and select the diagnosis for the functions. When you are done, the functions should be clear (no hash-marks present).
