PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Clinical Director, Front Office, Operations Manager, or Staff Therapist Permissions assigned in order to manage Case Binder.

Case Binder: Cases

The first tab of the Binder is a list of cases that are in this Binder. With Binders cases are pulled into a Binder and not pushed. This means that you open a Binder and add a Case to a Binder, instead of starting with a case and selecting a binder for it to go into.

At the top of the Cases tab there is a place for a comment if you wish to write a note as to why the Cases are bound. This is optional and for your convenience. There is also a place for two External IDs. These are used when integrating with a 3rd-party system, such as a hospital billing system. (These are for display only and would be set automatically via the integration.)

The grid contains a list of all of the Cases in this binder.
