Track Payouts Owed to Therapists

When you activate Track Payouts Owed to Therapists you will be able to set a percentage for each Staff Member. Percentages are set for each Therapist, you cannot set different percentages based on services performed in different locations or paid by different Insurers.

After an Organization Administrator has activated the Track Payouts feature, users with Billing Permissions will be able to access and use the Payroll Report. 

1. Click the Organization and Settings in the navigation bar.
2. Click the Payroll Payout Settings tab.
3. Click box for Use Organization to track payouts owed Therapists.
4. All system users with Therapist Level Permissions display. You can set up a Payout Percentage for each of them.
5. Click Save Changes.
