Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) adds an additional layer of security by requiring a unique passcode at login to help prevent unauthorized access. MFA can be required for all staff members, or turned on for individual staff members.

Enable MFA for your Organization
- Click Organization and Settings in the side navigation menu.
- Click the Security Settings tab.
- Slide the toggle to the right to Enable MFA.
- Set the authentication frequency. This is the number of days reauthentication is required with 0 being every login. Â
- Click the checkbox to require for all staff (if applicable).
Turn MFA on for Individual Staff
- Click Staff and Active Staff in the side navigation menu.
- Click Details for staff member.
- Click Turned On for the Multi-factor authentication setting.
Reset Staff MFA
If a staff member is locked out of their account due to too many failed MFA attempts, their MFA settings can be reset. Their account will be unlocked and they will be asked to complete the MFA prompt again.
- Click Staff and Active Staff in the side navigation menu.
- Click the Reset MFA button next to the staff member who is locked out of their account.
Login Audits
You can view when a staff member successfully or unsuccessfully completed an MFA prompt from the login audit page.
- Click Organization and Activities in the side navigation menu.
- Click the Login Audits tab.
