You can unlock a Signed Note before you submit it to bill in the event that you accidentally locked it before you were done, or noticed an error for example. If you have a Supervisor that approves your Notes, you will need to contact them to unlock it.

IMPORTANT: If the Note has already been approved or sent to Billing you will note be able to unlock it.

 

  1. Hover over the Management tab in the navigation bar and select Approve Notes.

  2. Locate the appropriate Note under the My Notes section.
  3. Click Unlock.
    • If you are a Supervisor unlocking a Note for another Provider, a Message will be sent to the Provider stating their Note has been unlocked. Add any additional comments if desired.
  4. Click Save.
  5. You can edit/update the Note now from the Client's Notes tab.
