When viewing a Note, why can't I see the "Comments" or why is my Message Center blank when it says I have messages?

Why:

Your Staff Profile is set to Audit View. Audit View is a limited view intended for auditors when they need access to the ShareNote Community system.   

Fix: 

  1. Click My Profile below Navigation bar on right side of the screen.

  2. Click Edit Staff Details.

  3. Scroll to Additional Information and Settings session.
  4. Deselect Set Audit View checkbox.

  5. Scroll back to the top and click Update.
  6. Finally, Log Out of ShareNote Community and log back in for settings to fully update.
