Prevent Duplicate Notes

String Compare is a feature that ensures that Providers do not have similar or duplicate notes for each Client.

1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Preferences from the drop-down.
2. Scroll down to the Note Preferences section and expand it.
3. Locate the String Compare Settings section.
4. Set the Rank Relevance setting between zero and 1,000. This will look back on the Provider's notes to see if they are too similar. 

5. Note: The lower the number the more unique the notes have to be.

   
   
    
6. Check the boxes to customize your preferences for P.I.E and B.I.R.P Notes.
   
   
    
7. Click Update when completed.
