Lock Note

Notes must be locked before you can sign it. Notes can be locked either by going into Note details and/or from the Note/Activity Log.

Jump to Section:

Locate Note

1. Hover over the Note Center tab from navigation bar and select appropriate Note Center from the drop-down.
2. Use Advanced Filters to search for desired Notes.
3. Click Show Notes and Notes that match search criteria display at bottom of page.
   
   
    

Lock via Note Details

1. Click View for desired Note.
   
   
    
2. Click Lock Note in Note Actions section on the left.
   
   

Lock via Note/Activity Log

1. Select checkbox for all notes you want to lock.
2. Click View all Checked Notes. and Note Details display.
3. Click Note Actions drop-down and select Lock Checked Notes.
4. Click Do Note Action.
