Lock Multiple Notes Simultaneously

Lock multiple Notes at the same time without going into Note Details.

1. Hover over the Note Center tab in the navigation bar, and select appropriate Note Center from the drop-down (e.g. PIE Note Center, BIRP Note Center, or Universal Note Center).
2. Use Advanced Filters to search for desired Notes.
3. Click Show Notes and Notes that match search criteria will display at bottom of the page.
   
   
    
4. Select checkbox for the notes you want to lock.
5. Click View all Checked Notes. and Note Details display.
6. Click Note Actions drop-down and select Lock Checked Notes.
7. Click Do Note Action.
