FAQ: Why aren't my goals populating on notes?

If you have entered your Client's goal but they are not populating on the note, please check to make sure that the following items are addressed:

  1. Did you enter the open date and the target date as the same date on the goal?
  2. Go to Manage Goals to double check that the objectives and interventions are added to the goal.

  3. It could be that Disable new notes for client if treatment goals have expired is selected in the Note Preferences. If this is checked, it will disable new notes for a client if the treatment goals have expired. Your Assigned Administrator or Location Administrator can make this change in the Note Preferences.
