Add & Update Payment Information

If the credit card you have on file expires or you want to change payment methods, you can update your form of payment from the Manage Account section. Payment information is verified through Plaid, a highly secure payment software. You have to option to either use a credit card or connect a bank account.

 

Add and Update Payment Information 

  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Hover over the Client ID in the top right corner and select Manage Account.

  3. Click Manage Account on the left side of the page. A drop-down menu opens.
  4. Click Payments.

  5. Enter the Email Address where you want invoices to be sent.
  6. Click the Save button.

  7. Enter Payment Address.
  8. Click the Save Address button.

  9. Enter Payment Information.
