Providers on the Plus or Ultimate plans have the ability to share files and documents with clients. Files can be any type, up to 256MB in size. If you do not see the Documents menu item on the menu bar, then you are likely subscribed to the Basic plan, and will need to upgrade to be able to share files securely.
Share a Document with a Client:
- Click Documents in the menu.
- Upload a file from your device. Either Drag and Drop a file onto into this section, or click within the section to Upload a file from a list. Once a file is uploaded it will display in this space.
- After the file(s) you are uploading display, click the Next button.
- Click inside the Share Files With... search box and select a client from the drop-down list.
- Click Finish.
- Click Awesome to close the Document Uploaded window. The client will receive an email instructing them to log in to the system to see the file.
