If you are on the Ultimate plan, you have the ability to create, edit and save client and session notes. You can also download these notes from thera-LINK to your personal device.
Jump To Section:
Create a New Note
- Navigate to the Clients tab in the People section and find your client, then click the Notes icon. The Notes page opens.
- Type your note in the New Note text field.
Note: Your progress is automatically saved without clicking the save button.
- Highlight Text to add or remove formatting. You have the ability to bold, italicize, hyperlink, and create headings and quotes.
Note: Complex formatting may change if the note is downloaded.
- To associate the note with a specific session, click the Associate with Session button, then select the session from the drop-down list. It is not required that a note be associated with a session.
- Click Save after you have finished documenting and associated the note the with the appropriate session. You will still have the ability to edit the note.
- Click Save and Sign to complete the note. Signed notes can not be edited or deleted.
Edit a Previous Note
Notes that have been saved not signed can still be edited. Signed notes can not be edited or deleted.
- Navigate to the Clients tab in the People section and find your client, then click the Notes icon. The Notes page opens.
- Locate your note in the Previous Notes section underneath the New Note and click the Enable Editing button.
- Edit the note, then click Save to save your documentation, Discard Changes to revert to the pervious version or Delete to delete the note entirely.
- Click Sign to sign the note.
Note: Notes may be edited multiple times until they are signed. Once a note is signed it can not be edited or deleted.
Download a Note
A note can be downloaded once it has been saved or signed. To download a note, Click the Download link.
