Send a secure message to a client or another provider through the system whether they are logged in at that moment or not. Simply find the person you'd like to message, click the messages icon under their name, and start typing.
Note: Providers must be on the Plus or Ultimate plan to use Messages
- From the People section, locate your client or provider's profile and click the Messages icon.
- Type your message in the Type to... field and click Send. Previously sent messages display above the Type to... field.
- Secure messaging in the system is just like sending a text, but with an added layer of encryption. If the recipient isn't logged in at the time of the message, they'll get an email five minutes later to let them know a message has been received on thera-LINK, and they can log in and retrieve it at their convenience.
