System messages, payments, profiles, reports, appointments, notes and documents can be exported and downloaded as a CSV file. Managers and owners have the ability to initiate these exports, as well as view payment, profile, report, appointment, note, and document exports initiated by other providers, colleagues, and clients. Message exports are only visible to the user who initiated the export. Exported files display under the Exports tab in the Documents section until they are deleted.

How to Export Messages
You can export all messages for all clients at once, or export all messages from individual clients.
NOTE: Exported messages are only visible to the person who initiates the export. Managers and Owners can only view and export messages that they have participated in.
- Export all messages from the Messages section or all messages from individual clients in the People section.

- From the Messages section: Click the CSV button at the top of the page.
- From the People section: Click the Messages icon on the Client Profile Card, then click the CSV button at the top of the messages list.
- From the Messages section: Click the CSV button at the top of the page.

- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the messages.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the messages from the exports list.
How to Export Payments
You can export Outstanding Payment Requests and Payment History from the Payments section.
NOTE: Managers and Owners are able to view payment exports initiated by other providers, colleagues, and clients under the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the CSV button at the top of the Outstanding Payment Requests tab, or click the CSV button at the top of the Payment History tab to export each payment list.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the payments.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the payments from the exports list.
How to Export Profiles
You can export profiles from the My Clients, All Clients, Providers, Owners, Manages and Colleagues tabs in the Profiles section.
NOTE: Managers and Owners are able to view profile exports initiated by other providers, colleagues, and clients under the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Select the appropriate tab, then click the Export Profiles button to export those profiles.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the profiles.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the profiles from the exports list.
How to Export Reports
Export Reports on sessions and clients from the Reports section.
NOTE: Managers and Owners are able to view report exports initiated by other providers, colleagues, and clients under the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Prepare your Report on Sessions and Clients, then click the CSV button.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the reports.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the reports from the exports list.
How to Export Appointments
Export Appointments from the Scheduling section.
NOTE: Managers and Owners are able to view appointment exports initiated by other providers, colleagues, and clients under the Exports tab in the Documents section
- Click the CSV button at the top of the schedule.
- Enter a Start and End for the appointment date range you want to export.
- Click the Start button.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the appointments.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the appointments from the exports list.
How to Export Notes
Export Notes from the Profiles section. Only signed notes will be exported.
NOTE: Managers and Owners are able to view notes exports initiated by other providers, colleagues, and clients under the Exports tab in the Documents section
- Select the appropriate tab, then click the Export Notes button.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.Â

- Click the Download button to download the notes.

How to Export Documents
Export Documents from the Documents section.

- Click the Export Documents button at the top of the Owned by Me and Shared with Me tabs to export each document list, or click the Export Practice Documents button to export all documents for the practice.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the documents.
