Clients and Colleagues can download and export CSV files of system messages and payments. Exported files display under the Exports tab in the Documents section until they are deleted.
NOTE: Managers and Owners have the ability to view clients' and colleagues' payment exports, but are not able to view message exports. Message exports are only visible to the user who initiated the export. Clients and Colleagues are not able to view any exports initiated by other users.

How to Export Messages
You can export all messages in the Messages section.
- Click the CSV button in the messages section.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the payments.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the messages from the exports list.
How to Export Payments
You can export Outstanding Payment Requests and Payment History from the Payments section.Â
- Click the CSV button at the top of the Outstanding Payment Requests tab, or click the CSV button at the top of the Payment History tab to export each payment list.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the payments.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the payments from the exports list.
How to Export Documents
Export Documents from the Documents section.
- Click the Export Documents button at the top of the Owned by Me and Shared with Me tabs to export each document list.
- Click the OK button on the Export Requested pop-up box.
- Click on the Exports tab in the Documents section.
- Click the Download button to download the documents.
NOTE: Click the Delete button to remove the documents from the exports list.
