Medication Dispensing: Responsible Party Setup in Patient Details

Go to Patient Details > Additional Demographic Info (cont.) > Methadone section.

1. Whole Week Charge- Enter the charge amount for all medications and services for Monday through Sunday for a Patient that is Responsible Party (does not have a valid insurance) as indicated on the Payer/SS Fee Tab in Patient Details.
   
    
2. Go to Patient Details > Payer/SS Fee > Payer/Subscribers section.
   • Responsible Party- Ensure the patient is Responsible Party (does not have a valid insurance).
