Medication Check-In By Patient
This report identifies patients who used the eCR Medication Check-In screen, grouped by Patient.
Medication Dispensing - Inventory
This report identifies the dosage amount and medication count remaining for each Bottle of Medication.
Medication Dispensing - Lighthouse Emergency Export
The report was designed working with specifications provided to us from Lighthouse. The purpose of this report is to extract the appropriate patient data to a CSV file so the end-user can upload the data to the Lighthouse Emergency Website.

This report is a summary of Methadone usage, NY Agencies are required to complete DOH-4334.
Medication Dispensing - One Day Schedule
This report is used to list the Medication dispensing dosage amounts starting on the Filter Date and going until the next Clinic Dispensing Date for each Patient.
Medication Dispensing - Total Per Day
This report is used as a daily summary of how much medication was dispensed, adjusted, and transferred from each container.
Medication Dispensing -Total Per Patient and Missed Doses
This report is used to identify the quantity of medication dispensed per Patient per Day with details on who and where it was dispensed as well as a filter for Patients Unavailable.
Medication Dispensing - Weekly Schedule
This report is used as a daily breakdown of Medication scheduled to be dispensed to patients based on Medication Dispensing module.
Medication Order Deficiency
This report identifies an Order that has the Discontinue Date left blank (NULL) and/or it can be run for the future to see what Orders are going to discontinue within a specified date range.
Medication Patients On Hold
This report lists all Patients currently On Hold for Medications or were On Hold in the past.
