Patients No Shows- Patients that have already been identified as being unavailable (AKA: No show) will remain the same status until they show and are provided medication. Example: You have been notified that patient Super Man has been incarcerated (Jail). Once you identify Super Man as being incarcerated, he will remain at that status until you provide him his medication.
Patients Unavailable- At the end of the day those patients that are still in your Patient List must be identified as not showing for their medication today. (AKA: Patient Unavailable.) This MUST BE COMPLETED DAILY. The on-hold functionality will NOT work correctly and the Total Per Patient and Missed Doses reports will be inaccurate if this is not completed daily.
