Reset Client Password

You are able to reset a client's Patient Portal password by following the steps below.

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
  1. Open appropriate Client.
 
  1. Click Client Dashboard from the General section of the menu on the left.

  1. Scroll down to the Patient Portal Access section. Here you can see their username, access the Patient Portal, or Create a Temp Password for the client.

Note: If a client has not been set up with a Patient Portal, you will not be able to do the above steps. To set them up, scroll down to the Patient Portal Access section, then click Generate Credentials. This will generate the client's username, and email them their password. You can then direct them to https://myhealth.sharenote.com to access their Patient Portal.
