Permissions: Only the role of an Assigned Administrator or Location Administrator can access Preferences.

 

Below are the Preferences available to you and their purpose. When applicable there are related articles to assist with that category/function. To access Preferences, hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Preferences from the drop-down.

Company Details


Manage all company information (address, phone number, etc.).

Secondary Contact Information
Add an additional contact person.

Complete this checklist for your initial implementation of the system.

Account Details


View current license, staff and client info.

ShareNote User Licenses


Manage the increase and decrease of ShareNote User Licenses.

Service Note Date Lock


Manage the number of days a user can go back to submit a new Note.

Manage Referral Companies


Manage referring company information. Companies must be added here before they can be selected within the system.

Manage referring provider information. Providers must be added here before they can be selected within the system.

Manage Ordering/Prescribing Provider Manage Ordering/Prescribing Providers information.
Maximum Service Unit Usage/Frequency
Manage your limitations for the number of service Units that can be used during a given time period (Day, Week, Month, etc.). This is a Global Setting, individual authorizations will take precedent.
 
Cumulative Time Maximum
Manage your limitations for the maximum amount of Time that can be spent on a Service during a given time period (Day, Week, Month, etc.).
 
Note Preferences


Manage your Settings for the Submission and Signing of Notes.

Note Business Hours
The Business Hours restriction will only apply to notes tracking time by "actual time spent".
 
Billing Preferences
Manage your services/notes for billing.
 
Alert Preferences
Select which Staff will be directly notified for the Client's Last Seen Alert.
 
Service Authorization Alerts


Select which Staff will be directly notified for the Service Authorization Alert. When Authorizations reach the designated time frame before expiration, these staff will be notified.

Calendar/Scheduler
Select your default start and end times for your work day in the Calendar.
 
Client Requirement Alerts
Select which Staff will be directly notified for the Client Requirement Alert. When Client Requirements reach the designated time frame before expiration, these staff will be notified.
 
Residential Services


Enable the Residential Services Tab in the Navigation Bar. This is intended for Group Homes and other Residential Service Providers.

Assessment Preferences
Manage Settings and Permissions for Assessments.
 
Time Clock Manager
Assign specific staff as Time Clock Manager which allows that staff member to view and edit the times and other staff (Location Administrators already have this ability).
 
Manage Note Reviewers
Assign Staff as a Note Reviewer. Reviewers will receive notification when new notes are submitted.
 
Sleep Log Preferences


Settings for managing Sleep Log.

Designate which Location Users can Lock their own notes without specific supervisor approval.
