Managers Tab Overview

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: All Staff can access the Managers tab, however, Access Level will determine which tabs are available.

Below is a glossary of each field of the Managers tab that you will utilize on a regular basis. To access the items below, hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select the appropriate tab from the drop-down.

  1. Client Manager - Manage Client charts and data. 
  2. Client Audit Log - Allows Administrators to see who viewed or made changes to a Client Profile.
  3. Staff Manager - Manage Staff Profiles.
  4. Staff Plan Notes - Enter and view Staff Supervision documentation.
  5. Staff Audit Log - Allows Administrators to see who viewed or made changes to a Staff Profile. 
  6. Reports Manager - Search for Client and Staff Reports.
  7. File Manager - The Global File Manager is accessible to all Staff.
  8. Client File Manager - Client specific File Manager. You must have access to the Client to view their files.
  9. Services Manager - Add, edit, and review Services.
  10. Services Manager Audit Log - Track and view changes to Services Manager.
  11. Lists Manager - Manage Certifications, Client Requirements, Service Locations, Service Delivered.
  12. New Goal Manager - Add and edit Generic and Group Goals.
  13. Teams Manager - Create and manage Teams of Staff and Clients.
  14. Service Authorizations - Add, manage, and pull Reports for Prior Authorizations.
  15. Qualitative Service Review
  16. Calendar/Scheduler - Manage the clinical calendar. Must have Scheduler Manager rights in Staff Profile.
  17. Direct Billing - Manage Billing Submissions, Transaction History and Claim Reconciliation.
  18. Preferences - Manage system specific settings to customize ShareNote Community setup, such as:
    • Note Preferences
    • Maximum Service Unit/Frequency
  19. Task Manager - Assign Tasks to Staff that will appear on their Dashboard. Manage previously assigned tasks.
