PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Lead Counselor Managers and above.

After the Services have been added into the system you can create Groups of Services to quickly add to a Client or Staff Profile.  For example, you could group together all services related to a certain certification or diagnosis. Services that are in a Group can still be added or removed individually if desired.

Group Client Services Together

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the Navigation Bar and select Client Manager.
  2. Click on desired Client.
  3. Select Services from Notes/Information left menu.
  4. Click Services Groups Manager link.

  5. Scroll down to Client Services Groups section, and click Add New Group for Clients button.

  6. Enter Group Name.
  7. Select checkbox for all desired Services you wish to add to this Group.
  8. Click Add Client Services Group button when complete.

 

Group Staff Services Together.

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the Navigation Bar and select Staff Manager.
  2. Click Services tab.
  3. Click Services Groups Manager link.

  4. In Staff Services Groups section, click Add New Group for Clients button.
  5. Enter Group Name.
  6. Select checkbox for all desired Services you wish to add to this Group.
  7. Click Add Client Services Group button when complete.
