PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Supervisor or Administrator.

The Client Audit Log is a snapshot of who did what and when. It allows Providers to filter events that occurred, as well as see which staff added, deleted, and updated Client data.

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Client Audit Log from the drop-down. 
 
  1. Filter your results by using the drop-downs and selecting the date range.

  1. Click Update Report.
  1. You then have the ability to export the report to an Excel document by clicking Export to Excel.
