Add, Edit, & Delete Client Status

There are five default Client Status' that cannot be removed: Active, Discharged, Inactive/client denied services, Medical Leave, and pending. Follow the steps below to add, edit or delete a Client Status.

Add a Client Status

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar and select Lists Manager from the drop-down.
  2. Click the Client Status tab.
  3. Enter the Status Title.
  4. Click Add to List.
  5. You will receive a green confirmation stating that it was successfully added and it will now appear in the list.

Edit Client Status

  1. Click the Pencil icon to the right of the status.
  2. Make the needed change.
  3. Click Update.

Delete Client Status

  1. Click the Trash icon to the right of the status.

  2. Confirm you would like to delete the status in the pop-up window.
