Some Providers use Record Numbers to identify paper document folders before going paperless. The Record Number is an easy way to keep record of those numbers. Follow the directions below to add or access a Client's Record Number.

NOTE: Record Number may also be referred to as the Record ID.

 

  1. Hover over the Managers tab in the navigation bar, and select Client Manager from the drop-down.
  2. You can filter the Client list by Record Number by clicking Record # in the chart.

  3. To add or edit and individual Client's Record Number, click on the appropriate Client.
  4. Click Edit Client Details to edit the Record ID.

  5. Click Update Details when completed.
