The Plus and Ultimate plans allow you to add an Office Manager. This role allows someone else to schedule and manage clients on your behalf. You are allowed one office manager for every provider/owner account that you add.
If you need to add a new provider, simply click People>Add Profile. When you select Provider under Role, it will automatically upgrade your plan and warn you that your cost will change accordingly.
