You have two options when removing a Staff Member or Colleague, you can:
- Archive Profile - Removes them from your People list entirely.
Note: You'll need to request their data export from us if you ever want to retrieve it.
- Revoke Login - Their record will still be visible to you, but they will not be able to log in.
Remove Staff or Colleague
- Click People in left menu.
- Click on appropriate Staff or Colleague Profile.
- Click Archive or Revoke button.
