You have two options when removing a Staff Member or Colleague, you can:

  • Archive Profile - Removes them from your People list entirely.

    Note: You'll need to request their data export from us if you ever want to retrieve it.

  • Revoke Login - Their record will still be visible to you, but they will not be able to log in.

 

Remove Staff or Colleague

  1. Click People in left menu.
  2. Click on appropriate Staff or Colleague Profile.

  3. Click Archive or Revoke button.
