To add someone to your practice, all you need is their name and email address. After they receive the invite, they'll accept by clicking the included link and filling out the required information.

 

Add Staff Member, Colleague or Office Manager

  1. Click People in left menu.
  2. Click Add Profile button.

  3. Enter Staff Name and Email.
  4. Select appropriate Staff Role.
    • Office Manager - Can schedule appointments and add Clients on a provider's behalf. Office Managers cannot start online sessions.
    • Provider - Can see assigned Clients, hold sessions, or request payment.
    • Colleague - Additional Professionals who are not in your practice. They maybe supervisees or professionals you collaborate with for the care of one or more of your patients.
  5. Send Invitation (optional) - this sends an email invite to the Staff member.
  6. Click Save.
