Each visit shows the charge amount, payment amount, adjustment amount, balance, and invoice state.  Visits can be expanded to show charges, and then again to show transactions for each charge.

The numbered buttons and the C, V, B, R buttons are shortcuts, allowing you to bypass the right-click menu.  However, the mouse over the numbered button will display a message indicating to Right Click to set Keyboard Shortcut.  Right-clicking produces the following menu:

Shortcuts

Assign Shortcut Produces a dropdown list of all available choices fro assignment to that button.
Clear Shortcut Removes the assigned shortcut or that button.

The button will turn from grey to green as they become useable.  For instance, if you assign button 1 the Add Transaction shortcut, this button will only be green when a charge is selected; if a visit is selected, the button will remain grey.  This mimics what would be seen on the right-click menu.

Likewise, the C, V, B, R buttons turn from grey to green when there is a note present.
