Here are the instructions for setting your printer offset for CMS paper claims. Each computer talks to a printer differently, so each user who's outputting claims and needs to adjust their offset will need to do this on their own machine.
Once you've changed these settings, log out and back in before printing another claim to test that you have the offset where you need it.
Go to File > Preferences > HCFA/CMS Printer Offset
For reference:
600 dpi = 1 inch (approximately)
X is horizontal
Y is vertical
To move Down or Right = (+) positive number
To move Up or Left = enter a (-) negative number
