How To Include 2310C for Carriers

At times, 2310C can be dropped when the Service Facility and Billing Provider info match. However, in Rehab Therapy you can force that loop to remain on the claim if needed since some carriers still want to see this.

Adding 2310C To Carrier

Go to Admin > Carriers
Select the Carrier, right-click & select Edit Carrier Auxiliary Info
In the gray pop-up window, right-click and select Add
From the drop-down, select Include 2310C
In the drop-down, set the value to True

Note: You can also set the value to False if you need to drop it again later.
