Permissions You must have Billing Permissions.
If you submit Claims with Ensora Clearinghouse you will be able to view a Claim History in Ensora Therapy ABA suite. If you do not use EnsoraClearinghouse and would like to switch, check out the How To Switch To Clearinghouse article.
NOTE: You cannot view Claim History for Claims that are Awaiting Submission.
- Click Billing, Claims in side navigation.
- Locate Claim in appropriate Status.
- Click Actions and select View Claim History.
