Group All Appointments into a Single Claim

 Permissions: You must have Billing Permissions.

Only Organizations who are using Ensora Clearinghouse can group or ungroup Appointments on a Claim Submission. 

Group Appointments into a Single Claim

The Invoice must already be created with multiple dates of service. This is a per Invoice setting.

1. Locate Client and open Client Profile.
2. Click Ledger in side menu. 
3. Click Select an Action button and select View Details.
4. At top, select Group All Appointments into a Single Claim checkbox.
5. Click Save button OR click the down arrow and select Save & Add to Claims Awaiting Submission.
