EDI File Settings - Ask for Resubmission Details

In order to resubmit Claims with the clearinghouse you will need to select Ask for resubmission details prior to re-submit failed claim. You can also set other EDI File Settings here as appropriate. 

1. Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
2. Click Insurers in side menu.
3. Locate appropriate Insurer and click Edit.
4. In EDI File Settings, select Ask for resubmission details prior to Re-Submit failed claim checkbox.
5. Click Save.
