You have the ability to prevent direct time that is overlapping with supervision time to be billed at the insurer level. This allows you to prepare invoices to bill the correct amount of direct time as per the insurer.

How to Enable Setting
- Click Insurers under Billing in the side navigation panel.
- Click Add New Insurer or Edit Insurer.
- Select Do not bill overlapping direct service type in the EDI file Settings.

Supervision Fully Overlaps Direct Appointment
- If the supervision fully overlaps, the amount due will be zero.

Supervision Partially Overlaps Direct Appointment
- Units will be adjusted based on the overlapped time and the amount due will reflect the adjusted number of units.
