Fix Rejection
Your Tax ID has too many numbers. You need to edit them in the Payers section.
- Click Billing tab in primary navigation bar.
- Click Insurers in side menu.
- Locate appropriate Payer.
- Correct Tax ID error.
- Click Save.
After you've made your corrections you can Resubmit Corrected Claim.
