If you don't find a pre-built report that meets your needs, you can create your own table report. You can also create a chart.

Before You Begin

• These instructions are for the new version of Insights. Make sure you're in the new version by setting the toggle below the patient search to "New".
• When creating a report, you must choose from one of Ensora Rehab Therapy's report sources.
• A report source determines what each row will represent (for example, one appointment per row vs one patient per row) and what fields are available.

Create a Report

1. Go to the Insights tab.
2. In the lower right, click the + Report button.
3. Choose what you want to report on from the available sources.
4. Select the fields you want to include in the report. You can also reorder the fields in the list to the right.
5. Click the Create Report button.

The report will appear with a default filter so you can make other changes.
