PERMISSIONS: You need the Insights permission to create a chart.
If you don't find a pre-built report that meets your needs, you can create your own chart. You can also create a table report.
Before You Begin
- These instructions are for the new version of Insights. Make sure you're in the new version by setting the toggle below the patient search to "New".
- When creating a chart, you must choose from one of Fusion's report sources.
- A report source determines what you can group the chart by and what fields are available.
- For a vertical bar chart, the fields you select will be on the y-axis, and the fields you group by later will be on the x-axis.
Create a Chart
- Go to the Insights tab.
- In the lower right, click the + Chart button.
- Choose what you want to report on from the available sources.
- Select the fields you want to include in the report.
- Click the Create Chart button.
The chart will appear with a default filter so you can make other changes.
