They system’s Reconcile Reported Times (RRT) feature is compatible with Ensora Data Collection SOAP Notes for the purpose of being able to review and update start/end times in the system based on what is reported from the SOAP Note. For example, say you created an appointment in the system for 4:30-6 pm. Then the appointment started late, at 5 pm, and ran till 7 pm. You entered 5-7 pm on your SOAP Note in Ensora Data Collection. If the appointment in the system is able to map (pull in) the SOAP Note from Ensora Data Collection, you would then see the 5-7 pm time reflected in the Guardian Verification window in the appointment and in the Reconcile Reported Times (RRT) function. At this point (in RRT) you can decide if you would like to use the original Scheduled Time or the new Reported Time for Billing/Payroll.

The below screenshots show four major sections, and they are ordered in terms of where the data begins and ends:
- The SOAP Note inside of Ensora Data Collection.
The Start Time and End Time on the SOAP Note for Session Time.
- The original Appointment in the system.
- Guardian Verification window (opened from the Appointment) in the system.
If an appointment is able to map to a SOAP Note, the Guardian Verification will show the field Session Time and display the times and Signatures gathered from the SOAP Note.
- The Reconcile Reported Times (RRT) window in the system.
The Scheduled Start and End and the Reported Start and End times from the appointment level will be displayed, and the user will be able to choose which set of times to use for Billing/Payroll purposes.
