Services: Inactivate or Remove

This article will walk you through the steps to Inactivate or Remove a Service.

Inactivate a Service 

1. Click the +(Plus) icon next to the house icon for the first location to expand.
2. Select Services.
3. Select the Service from the list.
    
4. Click Edit from under the Home tab.
5. Uncheck the Active box in the top left corner and click OK.

   NOTE: You will receive a pop-up asking you to confirm this change. This cannot be undone.

   
    

6. You can see your inactive services by checking the box Inactive Services under the Home tab.

Remove a Service

1. Click the +(Plus) icon next to the house icon for the first location to expand.
2. Select Services.
3. Select the Service from the list.
    
4. Click Remove from under the Home tab.
   
    
5. Confirm this change in the pop-up. This cannot be undone.

   NOTE: You cannot remove a Service that has been in use. Instead, you would need to Inactivate the Service.
