Scheduling Matrix Overview

This feature is useful to see scheduled appointments for several staff members or clients for a specified date range at one time. In the Scheduling Matrix you can create new appointments or edit existing appointments.

The Scheduling Matrix is only visible in GO Mobile, however, you can open it from within the system as well. 

After you have Run the Scheduling Matrix, see Scheduling Matrix: Add or Edit Appointments

 

Run the Scheduling Matrix

  1. From the home page click on Scheduling Matrix from the Home tab.

  2. From GO, click on Scheduling Matrix in the lower right corner.

  3. When the Filters open, select either Staff or Client (depending on whose schedules you want to see).

  4. Click the dropdown for Office to choose one, multiple, or all Offices

  5. Click the dropdown for Region to choose one, multiple, or all Regions

  6. Set your Date Range by clicking on the Calendar button and choosing your dates. 

    NOTE: Clicking the Today button will set the range for only today.

  7. Click the dropdown for Staff to choose one, multiple, or all Staff

  8. Click the dropdown for Client to choose one, multiple, or all Clients.

  9. Click the dropdown for Service to choose one, multiple, or all Services

  10. Select the Reset button to reset all your choices or click Run to run the Scheduling Matrix.
