Render Appointments

Your staff should be required to render each appointment when it is finished (or at least at the end of every day). Only service (green) appointments need to be rendered. Non-service (blue) and non-payroll (gray) appointments do not need to be rendered.

IMPORTANT: Appointments must be rendered in order to be pushed over to Payroll and Billing.

 

Render an Appointment

  1. Select Staff from the Sidebar.
  2. Select the Staff you want to work with.
  3. Click Selected Schedule from the top menu.
  4. Select the appointment and click Edit in the top menu.

  5. Check the box for Service has been rendered.

  6. Click OK.

    NOTE: If you have requirements that the staff must enter Activity or Result Notes and those are not present, there will be a popup stating that error and the appointment will not be rendered until those are entered.

  7. Click Save or Save & Close in the top-left corner of the Schedule when finished.

  8. Click OK on the popup confirming the Schedule changes were saved.

    The rendered appointment will show up outlined in Dark Green.
